Amy Satterfield has been selected to the USA National Women’s team to play at the Federation of American Football Women’s World Champion in
Stockholm

Sweden
. Since her initial participation in 2006, Amy has proven to be a natural born leader on and off the field. She is a person that gains instance respect from her peers and staff. Off the field, Amy is energetic; family oriented and is devoted to the people that surround her. She devotes her time to teach physical fitness education to some of
Los Angeles
County
most diverse youth. Amy participation with the Los Angeles Amazons has increased her rapport with her students she is now viewed by them as a highly respected role model promoting not only physically fitness to her youth but to “think outside of the box”, discipline and teamwork all qualities that can be displayed by her on the field as well. On the field, she continues to display leadership and dignity. Her ability to excel at this game and her position as middle linebacker is phenomenal. Her team as well as the organization has nominated her for team captain for the last three seasons. Amy’s driven passion for football not only makes her an influential player and teammate but it awarded her 2009 Amazons Most Valuable Player. We are wishing #59 the best of time in
