1) What NFL coach inspires you the most & why?
San Francisco 49er's Bill Walsh, a coach that is tough but fair to all his players, who is not just a head coach, but a teacher. Coach Walsh made sure that all his players not just become good athlete's but become better citizens.

What's your 08' goal for the team?
My 2008 goal for the Amazons is for the rookies and the veteran players to learn and  enjoy and take advantage of this opportunity of playing football. as an assistant offensive coordinator my other goal is to make sure that all the offensive players understands our system and to teach in the simplest form.
